Adele Gambardella-Cehrs comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and knew at an early age that the dream of running her own company would become a reality. In her role, she has overseen the launch, development and implementation of award-winning local and national PR campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, regional businesses, consumer products and services, nonprofits, associations and high-profile individuals.

Cehrs makes a point to work very closely with all of Epic's clients, providing strategic counsel and day-to-day management oversight. Her core areas of expertise include crisis communications, issues management, trade and national media relations, corporate public relations and integrated marketing communications. Cehrs also does all of the agency's media training, preparing some of the most recognized names in business for interviews with journalists, analysts and other audiences in order to sell products or services, clarify issues or advocate positions.

A recognized expert in PR, Cehrs has been featured in Voice of America, Washington Business Journal, PR Week, Bulldog Reporter and the Washington Post. She has also appeared as an expert on the Fox News Channel, Fox Business Network Happy Hour and CNN Headline News.

Earlier in her career, Cehrs worked for TSI Communications, a Madison Avenue PR Firm, specializing in technology. Cehrs was also an executive at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where she was responsible for significant client growth and successful client programs, including work for DuPont, Maxwell House Coffee, Select Comfort, Paula Dean, My Library DV, Yum Brands and others.

Cehrs began her career as a journalist, working for publications including George Magazine, and The Asbury Park Press. Cehrs is on the Board of Directors of DC Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of several other area nonprofits.
